I always like podcast recommendation threads.
Here's some that I've been listening to:

Fuse 8 n' Kate - They pick a well known picture book and discuss it to determine if it is a "classic" or not. Funny and informative.

Imaginary Worlds - Pick a topic about fantasy (books, movies, games etc) and discuss.

99% Invisible - Design topics of all sorts. Art, fashion, architecture

@xin-li sorry, I don’t have any suggestions because I’ve been searching as well (unsuccessfully). Of the ones you’ve listed, which is your favourite?

The illustrationDEPT podcast is my favourite podcast in 2020. I discovered some of the great artists I have never heard of from the podcast, such as James McMullan. some of the running themes the host Giuseppe kept talking with various guests are the question of style; what a long illustrator career looks like.

I also enjoyed the pickturebooking podcast, as I often found an hour long chat with some of my favourite picture book makers in this podcast. You can go to the website, and type in your favourite picture book artists to see if the host has an interview with her/him.

And I listen to every episode of 3 point perspective. I guess everyone does in this forum šŸ™‚

@xin-li this is non-art related but I’ve been watching a lot of DnD from OXventure lately. They’re fun to listen to.

If you have a screen open while you're listening Bobby Chiu (Bobby Chiu youtube channel) has been interviewing illustrators and creators on youtube for a few years now and they're all pretty great for the most part. I've exhausted 3 point perspective at this point (the fourth and final point?) and have been listening to Bobby quite a bit. It checks a lot of the boxes you listed in your initial post and as you glance over you see some incredible illustrations to boot!

@Jeremiahbrown hehe... I listened to Bobby Chiu“s YouTube videos before I discovered SVSLearn. I have not visit his YouTube stream for a while as I put my focus to books and publishing for the last couple years. I might go back to revisit Bobby Chiu“s YouTube stream as it is always good to look at a broader art and illustration scene for inspiration.

@Nyrryl-Cadiz thanks for the recommendation. I will probably not get the DnD reference šŸ˜› . A lot of my friends play the game, but I have never tired it myself.

Lots of great suggestions. I'd like to add one for music: Strong Songs. The host is really good at making the processes behind music understandable to non-musicians (full disclaimer: I am a musician and my day job is teaching music history and I don't know if my opinion in this regard counts more or less because of it šŸ™‚ ).

This one isn’t a podcast, but a YouTube channel. It’s ā€œstruthlessā€ . And I kinda love him. His last two were great topics that I want to listen to mulitple times. One is on imposter syndrome and the other is ā€œquit your day job and follow your passion.ā€ He really dissects that phrase and how it is much more complicated than it sounds. But it’s great. The one on imposter syndrome is applicable to so many areas of life. I even shared it with some girl’s on a church visit. Unfortunately, he cusses a little so I had to paraphrase vs show the video.

Anyways. I like him. He’s also an illustrator which we can all relate to.

I alternate podcasts with audiobooks for listening. And I listen to a variety of motivational/entrepreneur/art and creativity podcasts.

                                Favorites audiobooks are:
The Creative Habit: Learn It and Use It for Life by Twyla Tharp
                                Grit by Angela Duckworth
                                Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod
anything by Malcolm Gladwell I find fascinating and motivational

Podcasts (other than 3 Point Perspective) include:

                                The One Thing
                                Kick in the Creatives

I love this thread, so many good podcasts list here. Currently I am listening 99% invisible. My favourite episode so far is episode 415: good night nobody. A strange tale about the book "good night moon", and a librarian who invented the concept of Children's department in the library, but was corrupted by power. It also kind of explained why there are so many whimsical kidlit illustrations.

You could give ā€˜Comic Lab’ a try. It’s run by Brad Guigar and Dave Kellet and it focusses mostly on the nuts and bolts of making and running a webcomic, but also touches on the topic of writing/telling stories and how to moneytize (?) your creative content. They do interviews as well with other artists which I find very insightfull.

I think you’d really enjoy it because it’s less for people trying to break in/ giving tips and more about what’s going on in the industry. Lots of insight that I’ve never heard before on other podcasts!

You're up to your eyeballs in podcast recommendations already but I thought I'd add one. Make It Then Tell Everybody by Dan Berry is great. He interviews illustrators and comic artists. I think Dan has a very calming voice and there are no ads so it's great to listen to while working and not get irritated or distracted by it.
