Hello from sunny England!

Hi everyone, my name is Marc and I'm quite new to the forum and SVS in general. I've always found communicating online a bit difficult, however I'm making an effort to become a fully functional adult human! In the short time that I've been hovering around the forum I've been inspired by the great work and sense of community. I'm currently a stay at home dad living in County Durham in the north of England. I've got a 2 and 9yr old, so it's always a hoot trying to squeeze in some art time! But I cant complain, as I am very lucky. I have started working on a YA/fantasy portfolio for the past couple of months. Looking forward to seeing more great pieces and WIPs from you guys. I've popped some of my stuff below! Sorry if I mess up the upload, I'm new to this sort of thing ha.

Love how your style is cartoony but also realistically rendered. Definitely get the portfolio in front of art directors and/or agents. I’m sure you’d get some work

@Asyas_illos hi, thank you! I'm sure I'll get used to how this all works ha. I've done some small paid work in the past, but nothing major. This is the first time I've really tried to move my style/portfolio over to the publishing side of things, so trying to figure it out!
