Late to the party but love the idea and can't wait ! Hope Plan A will work out but I'll be happy to adapt with any - looking forward
I understand if it's too much to ask but if there was a way to get assignments from the guests and (optionally) have them reviewed this could be super helpful.

@Jake-Parker For me: Plan B conforms to what I've experienced with a conference. I could book time off for that.
Plan A would be a harder for me to attend consistently.
Plan C - I would hit the overwhelm button, and miss a lot of good stuff!
