My name is Rob Smith and I live in Eastern Washington State.
I've been interested in art for as long as I can remember and three years ago started painting again after a 25 year hiatus using watercolors. I've had some small success with my artwork but I've been working hard to improve. That darn 10,ooo hour rule!!I love graphic novels and stories and hopefully will hone my skills enough to move forward on a idea that has been in my head for a couple of years. Thanks Jake for your comics course!
Will Terry and Jake Parker have been my go-to-learning site. I've managed to publish my own children's book for the Kindle and have dabbled with iPad apps creating using both X-code and Kwik.
My day job is working as a Respiratory Therapist serving the local community.
My wife and I have 5 children and 4 grandchildren (two more on the way). I look forward to connecting with everyone on this site. Thanks SVS!!
