Inktober Day 9 - "Pressure"
You know that feeling where you can keep working on something without even meaning to? Time just flies and before you know it, you're leveling up the whole project and find that you can either commit to plowing forward or learn how to KEEP IT SIMPLE?
Yeah, that's where I'm at
Lots of self restraint to not go overboard here, because boy I sure could!
This was a lot of fun! I mean, how do you design a tea pot without going all Beauty and the Beast with it?
I loooooved including sticks as the fire's arms and legs. This piece made me laugh~Have YOU laughed today? You should, it's good for you
And thanks to all the folks posting y'alls inktobers! Seeing your perseverance helps keep things festive, fun, and exciting! Cheers!Shani

Y'ALL
I NEED HELP
HOW THE - DO YOU DRAW INFANTS?
I reaaaaaally dont like how this baby came out for the day 10 prompt "pick". What are your guidelines to drawing infants? How would you fix the face (granted this has a total of 7 hours put into it)? Yeeeesh
Anyhoo! Hope your sunday is going well! Happy drawing!
Best,
Shani

Inktober Dapy 10 - Pick

@TheArtBard hey dear, I couldn’t explain it in English so I tried to change it a little bit, just by sketching on your work if you don’t mind. Babies normally have big heads and eyes, and little noses, mouths, ears and eyebrows. I would also change the position of the leg (I couldn’t do it right here)and maybe make smaller hand, as they often keep hand in a fist. I like to study anatomy before drawing even if my style is a lot stylized. Pinterest helps me a lot. Hope it helped you somehow

OH MY
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! I can't tell you how embarrassed I am of that kid's face (LOL), it's not my usual standard, an obvious weak point, so I really appreciate you showing me what should be changed! Very helpful! Love your rendition! I'll have to redraw the face, hand, and leg just to make up for it. I definitely can't let this piece stand as is, even if it is an inktober sketch (YEEESH).
So THANKYOU!I hope your Inktober is going well? LOOOOOVE your pieces so far!
Cheers!
