This is an unannounced character from my comic story. I wanted to make her true to form: of the water. And so I thought of crashing waves, and the collision of waves becoming a humanoid.

This piece actually made itself (that's how you know you're on the right track).

For Inktober I wanted to try something stylistically along the lines of Sergio Toppi. I'm not sure how successful it is but it was a challenge.
