Greetings from Chicago!

Hi everyone! I lurked on the forums for a while, but last night subscribed to SVS Learn after months of entertaining the idea. I have always loved to draw and paint since my childhood years, and I never stopped to dream on pursuing art as a career.
The three skills I want to focus on the next weeks are perspective, prop design, and worldbuilding/environment to tell a story through my illustrations because many of my drawings are just… well, drawings, that’s, honestly, but I am going to work on improve them by focusing first on the said skills.
Other interests are reading, movies, science, and writing.
Beforehand, I want to let you know Spanish is my first language since you may notice my grammar is a bit off.
Thank you @Jake-Parker , @Lee-White and @Will-Terry for founding this online art school!
You can check out some of my artworks on my blog. I have been experimenting with different media. My preffered are digital, markers, water color, pen, and ink.

Thank you, everyone!
@Jeremy-Ross , I just browsed on your website, great to hang with another Mexican artist as well on path of illustration! I love to draw my favorite traditions as el dia de los muertos (the day of the dead) among others.
@Samanta , I just followed you on IG, enjoying your lively creations!
@AnaliseB your kind words are appreciated! I have not yet even decided my ideal color palettes.
Indeed, @Heather-Boyd I have been working through the lessons from the How to Draw Everything course. Eventually, I will share with all of you my assignment to read everyone's feedback.
Again, thank you everyone!
