Can't access courses! Any suggest?

Hello guys,
I'm just landed on SVS Learn, registered for monthly (through Paypal), and after that found out: I can't access any courses (with the lock icon).
I don't know where to find my answer (already wrote an email to SVS Learn's support but no reply for around 2 days) so I decided to post it here.
Does anyone have the same problem as mine? And how to resolve?

@deadeyes hmmm that’s strange I never encountered that when I went a year on the monthly basis. Not sure exactly who here could help. If anything maybe @AustinShurtliff or @Lisa-F would know who to talk to? Hope it works out for you!

@asyas_illos Thanks for your recommendation, but I think now is a "holiday" so everybody is off, maybe I'll wait for next week to see what'll happen!
