What does everyone think of a potential Sunday mid morning CST time coffee and drawing video chat? I don’t have a zoom membership so it would cap at 20 minutes… but maybe we can use another platform.

@doodlemick This winter has been brutal. We're getting hit with yet another blizzard tonight. The people here are so nice and I'd say that's the best part. I just love them. If you come, come in the summer!

@carlianne Yep. The year I graduated was the first year they had any computer art classes. My projects were turned in on a floppy disk! Oh to have been born 10 years later!

Google Meets, and I think also Skype, offers unlimited group chats. Google Meets capos to at 25 which I think is more than enough. Otherwise nobody gets to talk.

There’s another group chat platform that for collaborating on a drawing. It’s called Magma Studio. Not sure if the free option limits the number of people in a group.

Orem, Utah! Grew up in Lancaster, PA though. I love the idea of doing a zoom thing. Would be cool for doing face to face conversations, maybe like while doing work, like walking into a library whenever and seeing if other people are there during that time. Kinda like scrolling through live streams on social media.
