Anybody remember yetis?

Last January, I struggled and stumbled through the 3 Yeti contest prompts, learned a ton, and then resolved to edit my work and post again.
Here I am a year+ later, and I'm finally feeling like I can do that without cringing so hard I can't hold my pencil.
Before and After. Feeling like I'm getting somewhere. At least to the point where not every image I make is such an assault on the eyes.
