Class suggestions please

@AngelinaKizz I'm so sorry you're sick, Angelina. Hope you get to really rest and take care of yourself. If you're up for it, I really got a lot out of Will Terry's 10-step digital painting class, and should probably watch it again, myself.
-
@Valerie-Light thanks Valerie! I just watched Wills painting in procreate, I’ll start that one next. I’d rather watch classes than Netflix haha.

@AngelinaKizz I'm really sorry to hear you are sick. I would recommend the following podcasts. I made lots of notes on all of these.
How to Convey a Message or Story with your art [EP 28]
Building a Strong Portfolio - 100 things you need to include in your children's portfolio [EP 29]
Essentials for every foundations portfolio[EP 48]
Mistakes beginning illustrators make [Ep 53]
Roadblocks to finishing your projects [EP 61]
take care. -
@AngelinaKizz if you’ve been messing around with watercolors and haven’t seen Lee’s “loosening up in watercolors” course it’s a good one too. Creative composition is always a go to for me. I loved Anna daviscourts intro to unique and appealing character design, and her “how to plan and complete a big illustration project” course. Hope you feel better soon!

Ooooh thankyou. Those sounds great. I haven’t watched Lees watercolour class. All on my list for tomorrow. Thanks Asyas

@AngelinaKizz Ugh, sorry! I like Will's new storytelling class and I also like Lee's old one. I think both have visual storytelling in the title. Will's has homework assignments that you might not feel up to, but you could at least listen and think of imagery while you doze!
David Hohn's new perspective class is great too, but it definitely requires concentration, so maybe save that one for later.
Hope you feel better soon!

@LauraA I’ll add those to the list tomorrow. Definitely not feeling up to the concentration part today. Thanks!

@AngelinaKizz so sorry you're sick! Hope you feel better soon and hope your family stays well. Having an immune-compromised member of the family during the past 2.5 years, I can totally relate to the added stress and anxiety that brings with it! Remember to be kind to yourself; you've done your best to stay safe and there are no guarantees even when we're super cautious.
If you're up to a marathon, the Illustrating Children's Books, parts 1 and 2, is very informative. (If I remember correctly, children's books are something you want to pursue, right?) I also like the jump into the studio videos, where professional illustrators are interviewed or share their process. Also, any of the critique videos on SVSLearn are awesome.
And if you're looking for something soothing to watch, maybe to help calm the nerves or help you sleep, my go-to on YouTube is Smoothie77. He's an amazing graphite artist and his voice totally relaxes me!
Hope you're well soon. Hang in there!

@Kristen-Lango thankyou! I loved that class, I’m up for watching it again for sure!
-
@PenAndrew thankyou!!! I love this list that’s coming together!
-
@Melissa_Bailey thanks Melissa! The class marathon is definitely helping to distract me. These are great class suggestions. Thankyou

Ok, so I watched the jump into the studio with David Hohn drawing the alien outhouse, and now I need to know which podcast Lee shares the hiding from police story HAHAHAHAHA
