I want to call out Felicia Macheske the Sleeping Bear Press art director I worked with on Headstrong Hallie. She was fantastic! I just wrapped a second book with her. Great book designer with a sharp eye toward art direction. She elevates the projects she works on.

And thanks also for giving your art director a shout out! Not only humble and generous, it also is nice to know for me personally -- since I live in Michigan, it's a dream to one day illustrate or author/illustrate for Sleeping Bear Press. Now I want to work with them even more!
