Superhero Design: Bolt

Even though I can't really enter this....I couldn't pass up doing a super hero.
His name is Bolt.
His body constantly absorbs energy from every surrounding sources (radiation, ambient energy, direct energy and the energy his body produces from eating) and stores it in his body. This has caused him to lose all of his hair and must wear a protective suit that keeps water from getting on his skin. When it does, his skins bubbles and burns from not being able to handle the contact. He has the ability to channel all of that built up energy into a massive electrical blast which at full power is insanely destructive. The effort leaves him exhausted and starving.
