Haven’t heard back from Critique Arena

I sent an email maybe a week ago, just after submitting my artwork for this month’s prompt. I had made a mistake on the file I sent so I emailed asking to resubmit, but I still haven’t heard back. Should I be worried?

@kayleenartlover no I think they’re doing things differently this month and will be uploading all the images at once so probably after tomorrow we should see them posted on the website

@Asyas_illos That’s why I sent a second email with a fixed version, but in the past they would need me to resubmit fixed version instead of fixing it themselves, so that’s why I’m worried

@kayleenartlover The one time I emailed Critique Arena (I hadn't seen my art uploaded in over a week), I never heard back at all, but I did see my art uploaded several weeks later. I think they just must be slammed with e-mails and can't reply to them all.

I just don’t want them to upload the wrong one 🥲 I’m sure I’ll hear back from them eventually.

@Rebecca-Jensen @kayleenartlover they were doing some internal changes regarding roles of the team so I’m sure they’re just relearning and working out kinks. I’d say if you don’t see anything the week before critique arena then you can worry.

@kayleenartlover Mine was the same way. I waited for a response to correct any issues, but never herd back. Well I guess we’ll see what happens. Best of luck.
