Hey anyone know how to determine if a color palette is accurate for print or even from different monitors?

Drawing on my Cintiq, I find colors that appear to look good in RGB for the web, then when I go to post on IG they look greener or greyer on my monitor. How do I fix this? This is so annoying...

Working on creating babies and having so much fun playing with new brushes! Yet still can't seem to nail the skin tones GRRRRRR. I have seen processes where a layer of underpainting is done in both traditional and digital formatting, which helps the artist "find the color palette", yet I'm curious how to find and create consistent color that doesn't look green or pallid.

Thoughts please? 😲 😧
Thank you...
