      Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know about my in person 2 day watercolor workshop called "Effortless Watercolor" I’m still putting details together, but here is the basics:

      When: Oct. 5-6, 2024
Where: Littleton Colorado (just outside denver)
      Max attendance: 15 people

We will be going over all sorts of techniques that I use for both illustration and cityscape paintings. You will leave the workshop knowing so much and best of all - making it EASY and FUN!!!

Space is already filling up as I let my Patreon group know about the workshop first. Only 15 seats total available for this one because I want to keep it very small and intimate.

Click here for more info and to sign up:

I look forward to seeing you in there! : )

      Cheers,

      • Lee

@Lee-White would love to attend, but Florida is a good distance from Colorado. Any chance of a recording for us long-distancers?

@Lee-White I wish I could go, but I am glad there will be a video version too. Will the class be good for those who want learn to achieve a watercolor look but digitally? specially learning to “understand” watercolor, and get that somewhat minimalist yet deliberate style.

I tried many times to learn to use watercolors but I never been able make it look good instead of a muddy mess. Thank you

@Mariana-B ha, yea, that is exactly what it is for. The big thing in all my classes that i try to stress is the thinking behind making a good image. it's the same no matter if digital or traditional. after receiving a few comments like yours, I may do the same painting traditionally and digtially so you can see how that process overlaps.
