I created this illustration for kidlit postcard day and my agency's monthly prompt, which was 'Mask'. With Halloween around the corner, I thought this concept would be perfect for the season!

I tried out a new brush while working on a character design at the same time. I really like this brush, it gives off a traditional vibe I've noticed it's so much more enjoyable to color with proper brushes compared to what I used before. Why didn't I think of getting new brushes earlier...
