best job boards for finding book illustration work

Hello, I have been using UpWork, Indeed, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru.com,Twine, Behance, Hiriello, and Freelanced which is no longer available. I was also trying to figure out how to access SCBWI's job board without much luck (im not a member due to the cost). I've tried Fiverr and 99 Designs neither of which do I find very user friendly. Anyone have any other ideas that I have not mentioned here? thanks because I really would like to collaborate.
