I know it's the standard, but how important is keeping a book dummy to 32 pages? I have a book that I feel could use a couple extra pages, but don't want to do anything to hinder its potential with a publisher or agent.

Thoughts?

need to keep it in pages divisible by 8. So you can go 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, etc...
