@smceccarelli I have a publisher looking at it right now, if that doesn't pan out I have an agent in mind as well. I submitted a manuscript and my portfolio a few months back and the agency basically said "pass on this right now, but we'd like to see more if you ever do a full dummy." So that seems like an open door!

I would love to attend some SCBWI conferences but I live in the opposite part of the world... Do you think you could have done it with SVS minus the SCBWI? -

@Nazuba I think I could have done the dummy with just SVS, but the SCBWI conference gave me a great boost of motivation and the contacts I made there definitely contributed to me getting the dummy done.

Congratulations! Completing your first pb dummy is HUGE! I found it very daunting myself and am at work on a second... gotta keep those ideas rolling. I think you have set up a very interesting composition that certainly makes the reader want to know more. Good luck submitting and I hope this is the first of many for you.
