This is what I have came up with so far after a lot of bouncing around ideas and sketches. I'd love to hear what you think.

@ThomasHay Looking good, They all fit together well. I would either add underwear to the lion so it looks like saggy pants or pull the pants up. It seems his privates would be hanging out with those pants on.

Love these, especially the Tin man! Only thing I'd add is a tail for the lion. It would give his silhouette more character.

Thanks for the comments and feedback everybody. Made some minor adjustments. Need to start painting them instead of working on other stuff.
