Sketching out the four witches of Oz from the L. Frank Baum story... as their younger selves. Any thoughts or input on the direction I am going?

They look nice and very children-friendly. One thought I have is that they all look very similar somehow - especially the faces seem to be all the same, and the relative sizes too. Maybe you could play more with the costumes or proportions to have differentiating silhouettes?

@smceccarelli I made some revisions to my sketches based on your comments. I wanted to keep it child-friendly but my main goal was to show the four witches of Oz as their younger selves - taking clues in doing so based on L. Frank Baum's stories.
