some recent ink sketches

Hi everyone,
I just finished Jake's inking course and thought I'd post a few of my recent ink sketches. I've come at this world a little backwards because I started inking digitally and now I'm moving towards traditional inking.

Anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts and critiques.

Nice work! Love the texture in the tree and that wasp is really great. I'm going to start inking traditional myself for Inktober in a couple days and I'm coming at it the same as you. Learned digital now I've got to go backwards.

These are beautiful. My traditional inking skills suck beyond limit, I am realising just now.... I am doing Inktober anyhow, because I am using it to ink and publish my first comic - which was worth it in itself. Looking forward to seeing your series!!

These are amazing! I'm not a fan of bugs, but that last one is great! The contrast between the furry thorax and smooth abdomen is incredible. Nicely done.
