CreateSpace?

Hello Everyone. So I am planning on doing a children's book using createspace. I of course have questions and would love any suggestions you all may have to offer.
- Has anyone here used createspace?
- Did you use the Book Cover Template as the inside book template also?
- How did your images look when your book was done?
And of course anything else you you all could add would be wonderful.

The colors came out dark/washed out despite using CYMK, I had to manually adjust the colors by boosting the saturation about 30%, I really just guessed until we were happy with the proof. I manually set my sizes in photoshop by their specifications and moved them to indesign and saved as a pdf to submit. Their direct member service number is 866-356-2153 They were able to answer all my questions easily and clearly. Good Luck! -

I am currently working on a project that I am using createspace. I hope to get the book ready end of November. I really wanted the books done by xmas. I will let you know how it goes.

I plan to use CreateSpace in the future as well to make an art book. I would love to see everyone's examples of their final products and any tips they have when designing their first book.

Sounds like SVS should do a createspace how to video, wink wink!
