Forum Upload Issue

I noticed there are a number of people who can not upload images into the forum posts. You are either getting a message about Permissions or it will not upload it completely. I will post to this thread once it is fixed.

The issue has been resolved. You may need to log out and back in again if you still get the error message. If you still have an issue please let me know.
