I'm really hoping to make time to get an illustration in for this prompt. I've finally settled on a concept but it involves a prominent copyright/trademark character. Is fanart acceptable and permissible for these prompts?

I have been creating images of kids and their pets for practice and this one fits the prompt! The boy wants his airplane to actually fly, so Dragon helps him out a bit!
