Is the Halloween Meets Inktober supposed to be done in ink? I have an assignment in my watercolor class that might fit. Thanks.

Yes. @Lee-White mentioned in another thread that there can be color but the ink has to be important to the piece. In other words, removing the ink would actually ruin the picture because the ink was used as the main medium. That's how I understood it at least. I intend to use ink that isn't waterproof and some water color. I hope your piece turns out well.
