Pictures won't post

I can't seem to get any pictures to post on the forum regardless what I do. I even tried taking a screenshot and uploading it to a post...didn't work. I selected a category, used the Upload Image button, and selected a JPEG (screenshot image) with these attributes:
813 x 1008
88.7KBAny ideas?
UPDATE: So I downloaded the Google Chrome browser and it worked. For some reason I was not able to upload pictures using Microsoft Edge.

I should also note that I tried uploading the same image as a post thumbnail and it worked! But still can't get it in the body of a message.
