Critiques for a Facebook LIVE in February

Hi, I'm new in the forums. I made this piece after watching the Composition class, the How to Draw Everything class and some other classes. It's watercolor but I would love to have you critique this. I know there's so much to improve because frankly it's my first piece trying to actually express a story.

Here's one that I put a lot of effort into, and got very disappointed by the result. I really don't like it, but have no idea where I went wrong

@annebrierley make sure when you are uploading an image, that the image is no larger than 1500px width. Also you will see the uploading text in the compose box, sometimes you need to wait a few seconds for the preview box to show the image. Once you see the image in the preview box then you can press submit. If you press submit to soon, it will not finish uploading the image and you will only have the text of the upload.

Hello. I am a super newbie to SVS and to submitting anything. I did this piece for the Fearless prompt but thought I would submit it here too. I am just starting out. I have always been fearful to actually put myself out there. But I have gained so much courage from listening to all of you all teach and have been working on my illustrations. I would love to have my piece critiqued if it is what you are looking for. Right now my work is traditional while we are saving for the technology for me to work digitally and my scanner did not capture all the color my piece actually has. There is actually a light blue background that it did not pick up at all. But it is my current best. Anyway, thanks for all the teaching and the heart you give. You have really been affirming to me as I embrace the adventure of doing what I have always dreamed of doing. -
