trouble updating profile picture

I'm working on my profile and want to change my profile picture. No matter what I do, it always reverts to the old picture. It says it has updated successfully and shows the new pic, but then immediately goes back to the other one. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Yes, I finally gave up and stayed with the boring letter pic. My first profile pic didn't work right and ever since couldn't revise it or make the revised one stick.

@mare333 Thanks, now I know it isn't just me! I emailed SVS a couple of weeks ago and they said they would pass it along, but I never heard back.

Hi @heathertbl , I finally got mine to work. I emailed them a couple of times but also kept trying. i don't know if they fixed it from their end or if it finally "took." I would definitely contact them so they know this problem is still happening. Good luck!
