Here is my submission. SO many great ones this month! Trying to use just Illustrator CC for a while and experiment in what vectors can do. I didn't expect it to be so different!
-
Still working on rendering in Photoshop, but I think I made some progress!
-
Hereβs mine! I strongly dislike drawing mechanical traveling apparatuses so I went a little more organic
-Jason

Here's my Turtle Time Machine for this month's challenge. Had lots of fun with it. Happy imaginary travels to you all!
-
Here's my entry for this month's theme! Loving all the entries so far.

My quirky take on travel
-
Here is my submission....
-
@leontine wow, lovely colors and textures! love it
-
@joy-heyer This is so "wonder-ful". Everyone has a story. And I really love your style.
-
There are a ton of great entries this time! I struggled heavily on a Photoshop painting and decided just last week to try a new take in watercolor.
-
sigh I didn't finish on time... I think I got carried away lol. Maybe I'll be able to finish it tomorrow. In case you're wondering, Mt Fuji is supposed to be in the center background, and a bird/airplane, a dragon and a backpacker are missing. I love Studio Ghibli! This has been a great learning experience so far, and this SVS community seems so great!
Daisy Muradyan @ladychamomile on most platforms
-
@severin-baschung Great story telling! There's an air of mystery to it
-
@jason-bowen The purple and orange look nice here. Is the plane supposed to be flying towards the sunset? Or is the orange glow from the plane?
-
@missmushy This one is so much fun! I like the character expressions
-
@maureen He(?) makes me think of Link. I like how you used the silhouettes of the trees and grass
-
This little witch is ready for an adventure. My first contest entry. This was fun.
-
When I saw that the theme for the Contest this month is Travel, I thought of my brother, who hates to travel!
So I thought I'd try a contra-concept. Travel? Nope. -
@lady-chamomile
It's looking really good! I like the way your Great Wall snakes around. I'm glad you posted it!
