Having login issues...

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this...

I used to have a paid account a few years ago. I wanted to view Lee's critique vid that he just uploaded, but the login I use for the forum isn't working to login to the course.

Do you need to create a different login/account to view courses?

@shinjifujioka I thought I was having issues too until I saw the red button that said something to the effect of "Free Enroll." After clicking that it worked for me but I do have an active subscription, too. Hope that helps.

@Jon-Anderson yeah, I clicked on that button too and I have the option of creating an account or logging in with an existing one. I was hoping to login with my old account (which I'm assuming is the same credentials as what I use to login to the forums), but it's saying that my email isn't on file.

I'd like to use the same credentials for both the forum and the courses, so I'll wait a bit to see if one of the SVS team responds to this. If not, I'll do the "Free Enroll" like you suggested.

@shinjifujioka Sorry guys, the login you use on the forums is not connected to the class site in any way, so you may need to create a new account there.

If you account is old, it may not have updated 2 years ago when we redid our system, so you may need to register again.
