        That looks really great! 🙂 Do you mind to tell us about your techniques, how you get from sketch to the finished piece? I am always keen to learn which steps are done traditionally and which digitally. Thanks in advance!

              @Jana Hi Jane.

              My process is like jake and wills. Start with the thumbnails, Then draw over to refine a couple of times then I will use photoshop to colour. I will colour the image with flat colours then think of my light sources . warm key light {the sun}. then blue fill light for my shadows . Hope this helps abit.

                          The charterers are so very sweet. You have wonderful movement and the lighting is well rendered!

                            Thanks for the insight, Lee! 🙂
                            If I see it right, you get rid of your original line work completely. Is that correct?

                              I have found that if you do a great sketch and colour under your lines (Local colour). Then I will go to the layer above and then colour my lines out.
