Took a long time to finish these but I'm glad I did. I choose to design a modern stone age lamp - one that would fit into the Flintstones universe. I have a greater appreciation for the amazing textures in that show now. Critiques and feedback welcome!

Beautiful work! Everything looks fantastic. My only question is how does it work? Is there electricity? Powered by fire? or perhaps a comedic animal of sorts who's job is to light something up while saying, "It's a living" followed by a laugh track.

@TylerDraws Thanks so much for your kind words and feedback! I'll definitely think more about how the light would be created 🙂

@akterrey I’m glad it helped. I’m new to the forum and was a little nervous that a crit might come off wrong. Also I had a thought on the light - what if it was a or multiple glow bugs in some kind of jar that wake up and glow when you pull a string shaking and waking them?

I love your color choices here! The teal and purple go marvelously together.

Clever use of fireflies! Hmm this gives me ideas for using other bioluminescent creatures as lamps.
