JUNE CONTEST: A very different kind of prompt!
-
@Bricz-Art GREAT color and light! This image is very readable and inviting. I can’t scroll past it without taking a sec to drink it in. It makes me want to know more about what is going on.
-
@jdubz FANTASTIC use of lighting! The dramatic sun rays helps draw the eye right where it needs to go. Also, your use of contrast with dark foreground and light background helps frame the image well and conveys depth. Good work!
-
@Jordi-Ventura I love this so much. You did a great job of creating a nice graphical representation of the main elements of the story without “over illustrating”. Beautiful colors!
-
@Maiia I love everything that’s going on in this image. Makes me wanna spend time just exploring the image and drinking in all the beautiful details.
-
@Melanie-Ortins Great graphical representation of the story. I think you nailed what Will was looking for with this prompt. Great job!
-
@franksandovalart Okay, I was instantly jealous of this image the second I saw it. Are you kidding me? Great composition! Adorable characters. LOVE the fork and knife. Great job!

@drawnbyshawn I really like this. It's a nice composition and it's drawn and rendered nicely. You have the bananas, pineapples and oranges too. I think children would like this!
-
@deborah-Haagenson Thanks! I was hesitating whether to put the pineapple, papaya, and bananas in there as I thought it would be packing too much in. But, in the end I thought they kind of blend in with the jungle background and they didn't feel like they were drawing too much attention.
-
@miranda-hoover I love his fat plump belly, that adds to the teasing.
-
@esgoldman I really like Clydes facial expression and gestural expression.
-
