@Chris-Philpot I love this concept! The way you’ve drawn the characters is so great 😄

@Chris-Philpot This version really brings it all together to fully fit the prompt. Love that he's trying to mark out her declaration lol!

@Elliot Thanks, encouraging to hear you read it as intended. Really appreciate the validation on that bit. The narrative part is my weakest muscle so I'm focusing on it more this month. Thanks again!

@Chris-Philpot I like where these concepts are all going but I'm curious as to whether Ellie is a diary too or if the janitor is human sized, due to their similarities in size

@Gary-Wilkinson Ah yes, GREAT point. This is an interesting perspective problem. If you put something tiny (fairy) in the foreground and something relatively large (human girl) in the background, the sizes can become quite vague. I assume I'll need some props to clarify this. I hope to make the fairy small in absolute size but dominant in the composition. I suppose I could also resort to showing the fairy through the viewfinder of the camera and avoiding showing Ellie altogether. Thanks for the insight!

Worked up more finished options. I'm wondering if it's stronger with Ellie shown holding the camera? Or if a simpler version viewed through the camera viewfinder would be more effective? Too close to it now to tell.
