So this past week was my first week having an iPad and Apple Pencil and it has been very eye opening to digital work. Previously I had played with procreate but only with my finger so it was a huge change having pressure sensitivity and being able to try out all the brushes in a whole new way.

Here is my first completed piece following a YouTube tutorial on painting these mountains I am some what happy with it and definitely looking forward to learning more ๐Ÿ˜Š

Getting closer to finishing my next piece. Having a hard time with my trees but feeling like the rest is starting to come together

This value study is starting to pull together hoping to finish it and take it to color. it has definitely taught me a lot already and is changing the way I think and how to figure out if things are looking correct or not

@ambiirae I think it's looking awesome; especially with the atmospheric perspective going on! The reflections look believable and really adds to the overall piece ๐Ÿ™‚

Current wip mountain peak using a reference photo to guide me along sense Iโ€™ve never made rocks very well and they have always intimidated me. This is somewhat zoomed for detail Iโ€™m happy with it so far โ˜บ๏ธ

Calling this one finished there are still a few things that could be finished but over all I think I have learned what I can from it ๐Ÿ˜

I'm trying really hard to continue learning new elements and push out of my comfort-zone. This week I decided now is the time I should learn rocks! Silly as it may be they have always been a challenge for me and something Iโ€™ve convinced my self I just couldnโ€™t draw so I just avoid putting them in my paintings at all costs which is very limiting. I knew I couldn't keep it up forever and feel that over the last year sense getting my iPad I have grown a lot so I might as well give it a shot. So here's to my first rock study

Let me know what you think ๐Ÿ˜Š

Here is my newest piece named The Valley of Clouds. This has been changed so many times after my initial sketch but it was always mostly focused on the sky and clouds. Please let me know what you think ๐Ÿ˜
