I'm with everyone here. This is the cutest character I've seen in a while. I can't wait to see what you do with poses and such. So good!

After much trial and error I finally have something 😅 (some it is still a bit messy since I haven't gone into final rendering yet)

I'm still new to drawing a character multiple times, so please let me know if there is anything that looks off or inconsistent.

            • My walking/running image is the leaping one on the top right--I'm slightly worried it won't qualify for the pose since it's more of a jumping motion. My idea for the character is that it kinda throws itself through the air, so I thought this pose was more fitting. Thoughts?

            • Also, the bottom right one is the sitting pose (legs are tucked in kinda like a bird)--I'm thinking adding a bit of ground will make that more clear.

@miranda-hoover I love the design, but for me it was a little unclear if he had a walking pose. And I think adding ground would definitely help on that last one . Otherwise this character is great!! 👍

@Joe-Hanson-Tannous Thanks! Yep, was worried about that. Do you think this works better?

@miranda-hoover Was curious to see what you came up with (since I'm a fan:). Love this character. So cute. With the leaping pose, I wonder if it would read more like it's in motion if you imagine a character a leaping character like Nintendo's Mario, where there are objects it's leaping over or past. Because as it is now, it's leaping up but not traveling very far. It needs a little bit of setting reference. Then the sitting pose--the legs look a bit like a beard. Perhaps the legs could be more cross-legged, or straight forward so we can see its cute feet undersides? And yes, definitely have it sitting on a bit of snow or ground or rock.

This is so cute! I think the new pose does feel more like running. I do like the jumping pose that you originally did, but the new one may fit better with the prompt.

@Johanna-Kim & @Kim-Rosenlof Thank you 💛 I think I'll go ahead with the running version for prompt purposes. But I'll see if I can find a way to have the yeti flying through the air in some other way 🤔
