Suscribe issue

Hello all!
My name is Fabien, im new here.
im a beginner and i enjoy the learning process of drawing!
But I need some help !
I just paid for a yearly subscription with paypal but it didnt seems to work. I dont understand what to do.
I already have an account with the same email as my paypal account.
I check on the FAC but the answer is not clear.
I send a message to svslearn support but if someone can help me... cause its so frustrating to not be able to access for what you paid.

I remember mine wasn't immediate, I can't remember whether it just started working or if they had to do something (I also emailed) but it was fixed either way, hold tight
