Can anyone share your tips on how to prepare entries for Ins and Twitter?

As someone who illustrates and writes, I am constantly shifting between the two modes. When I am illustrating, there is plenty of material, but when I am writing, I often don't touch my brushes and paints for months. Sometimes if I am illustrating a book, I won't be able to share my illustrations either. So I am constantly facing the change of want to put into my social media.
Can anyone share your tips? If you are shifting between different modes too, do you prepare multiple entries like 20-30 in batch, then release them one by one, or what else?
