April inn wip: 1,2, 3...I’ve stopped counting at this point

So here’s what I got so far didn’t make it into the finals with any of my travelers so I’m kinda shooting from the hip now while staying in the general wheelhouse of my originals. Any thoughts here?

Did some adjustments to the log shadow.

Something making use of an old log and tool left by a human/humanoid is a really cool idea. Only thing I can think of is that logs are pretty heavy so they tend to either sink into the ground abit or accumulate alot of leaves and foliage around and underneath them.

So I found my color palette and I am nearly done. Just need to add some details and base landing oh yah and a name for this inn
Oh yah does the smoke mesh with this painterly style or should I change it up?

Been working on this one for a couple of days, I don’t even know how many entries I’ve got now but I feel Iike they are getting better and better even without making it into the top, I am super proud of myself
