Hey everyone! This is a different angle of the my previous sketch I posted. It's a little dark. I was trying to go for a look that is like it's overcast outside and there are no lights on in the room. What does anyone think about it? How can I improve? Thanks!

It can be difficult to to differentiate between different parts of the piece. I think maybe more diverse light and dark shading would help. Make sure to really make bright parts bright with light pencil marks. Using harder and softer pencil leads could help too. The other thing is to make some of the more defining perspective lines straight with a ruler.

No problem, other than that, the piece has good perspective and the props, especially the books fit well in the space.

I agree with tones. One tip is to find your really black shadows and lay those down and, like said, your highlights or bight spots, then adjust the middles from those. Great work!

Hi, I can see one small repair 😉 you are looking from above, so top of the cupboard should be a bit wider than bottom, unless its not a regular cupboard...
