SEPTEMBER CONTEST: Design a character for Inktober!

Getting this in at the last possible second! Beautiful work here! I'm excited to enter again after a few months hiatus.

Its my first time working on a monthly contest/prompt; and I left it until the last minute as I've had a busy month moving house, but wanted to enter anyway to make myself cross the finish line. I've not had to use layers and editing files digitally before - I'd never heard of a psd file let along used it. I just draw doodles with pens and pencils, so by doing the challenge I have at least learnt how to do some basic file editing stuff. I didn't have time to properly finalise the drawing or text.
I also wanted to give myself the challenge of drawing a character without traditional character features (ie eyes, mouth) - loosely inspired by the way Pixar turn inanimate objects into characters, so went with a jellyfish with just imaginary eyebrows.
I struggled with arranging the images in the square as I'd drawn them separately, and they don't fit together very well - definitely something to think about next time!

Here is my entry. I cut it really close this time for submission. I am impressed with the illustrations everyone has done! It is fun to see what characters people have come with. I love the variety!
