Hello, could somebody help me figure out how we can find old threads that we posted a couple months ago? I'm searching for a thread that I made about a book cover, but the search results only show more recent posts.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

@kathrynadebayo I wonder if they got deleted? I just went to find one for myself, but couldn't find any of the old ones. That would be too bad if they are gone, I reference them every once in a while.

@KathrynAdebayo Using the google search engine instead of the forum search function usually finds the threads I want 🙂

@kim-rosenlof Same here, some of the critique threads are especially useful to reference. 🙂 I tried what @Braden-Hallett suggested and could access some old threads through google search (though i still couldn't find the exact one i'm looking for). I hope that helps you find what you need though!

@kathrynadebayo Thanks! I tried it out and I was able to find at least one of the threads by doing it the way @Braden-Hallett said. Thanks Braden for the tip!

@kathrynadebayo I know you already found your solution however, I wanted to share another in case you haven’t already tried it. Go to your profile and you’ll see a list of all your threads.

I get the feeling you probably already did this 🙂

@danielerossi Thank you very much! I actually still haven't found the particular post i was looking for, even with the google method. It looks like the posts on our profile pages only go so far back in history too - have you found a way to scroll back indefinitely? Thanks for your help!

@kathrynadebayo When I click on my name, I am able to scroll down to my first post from 2019. That’s 263 posts. Not sure if there’s a limit.

@danielerossi Thank you! This was helpful. On my phone and tablet, on the main screen of the profile page, more posts do not load automatically when I reach the bottom of the page, so I assumed they stopped.

BUT just now I checked the "..." next to the name at the top of the screen and found "topics" "posts" etc., which generates complete lists of everything. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the help!

                        Problem solved!

                        ( @Kim-Rosenlof , thought you might find this interesting. 🙂 )
