      Here’s a rough sketch / idea for the contest this month. I think with the shading and lighting I can bring out the tiger a bit more. Any critique or input is appreciated.

        @juliemillardart I don’t think you need to incorporate the actual word itself but that’s just my thinking. If so I’m in trouble lol this looks very nice so far👍🏼

          You don't need to include the word tiger in your illustration. That word is just the theme for your drawing. For prompts where you are given a specific line of text (usually in quotes) that you are supposed to illustrate, like next month, the text you are given would go on/with the illustration if it was going into a real book. I normally recommend only adding text onto your illustration if you have laying out typography.
