Ok I cooled off and salvaged the og, just thinking maybe I lose the girls and have Riley riding out.

Well my problem now is that it no longer looks like a pedal car from this angle, just looks like a tiny car. I’m thinking adding a flyer announcing a derby? I don’t know why I’m struggling so much with this, but I have to finish at least one entry especially since I’m having such a hard time with it!

@asyas_illos one thing that I find a bit confusing, is the Riley’s Garage. To me, that would imply that the man in the bottom right is Riley. I love where you’re going with it, and I know you’re struggling with the prompt, but you’ve got great skills, and I know you can pull this one off. Is there anyway I see Riley’s face? I preferred when he was just rolling out of the garage, because you could see his expression.

I really like the color choices. The placement of the pops of yellow lead your eye to the car. I also like the overlapping building shapes that carry you into the space. Overlapping objects are a great way to create depth. Nice work!

@angelinakizz I liked his expression before too, I can’t seem to find that balance of Riley to car ratio lol. And my thing with Riley’s garage is that in the 50s it was common to have Riley senior and junior. I will think about Riley juniors position and see I can find something that works. @ThomCharles Thank you!

Well I never go down without a fight, yes, I’m an Aries, hahaha! Anyway I was reading Strega Nona to my youngest the other day and it totally inspired me to get going on a second Riley believe it or not! I thought I didn’t want anything else more to do with this prompt, but that little devil on my shoulder had other plans, so here she is, her past-a-matic works a little too well
