Hey everyone! Just joined SVSLearn and am looking forward to taking the courses here and hopefully(?) making new friends :3
I'm Celestine, and I love reading books and listening to true crime podcasts I also code during my free time! Am currently in the process of preparing my portfolio so I could apply to art school once I graduate! (currently studying accounting and I honestly only picked it because I had so much anxiety over pursuing art). Attempting to take as many art courses as I can while I'm going through my internship since this is probably the only semester where I'll be have the time to do so
Here's some pieces I've done in recent years and a link to my carrd!
looking forward to meeting people here! I'd love to talk about books/art/tech/true crime or anything in general!

@celteaart Welcome to SVS Celestine. It is a great place to learn and be supported, you can learn so much here from both the courses and the experienced artists/illustrators that are very generous with their encouragement and feedback. good luck with pursuing art.

Welcome to SVS. Your images are very wonderful. Your are going to love the courses here and there seems like great support in the forums. You should go check out the critique arena as soon as you get a chance especially the later episodes when they do the final 16 they are really fun to watch.
Hope to see more of your lovely work soon and welcome aboard!

@celteaart Yes, the foundation levels are great as they build on one another and even though I had studied illustration twice there are many things there that are new to me or presented in a more accessible way. So, I started with those and when i did not have time to continue watch the random demos on things like sketchbooks, using procreate, etc. Or visit a course and watch all the videos in prep for doing it properly later.
