This tool can save you many hours by allowing you to watch SVS videos faster (allowing more time for practice). It works very similar to Youtube's playback settings. Try setting the speed to x1.5 or even x2.
The only downside I've seen is that it may sometimes cause your video to freeze temporarily if you skip around.
