Welcome to the SVS Forum! Do feel free to ask any questions. It's great to see people's artwork, so do post your work here to share your progress, if you want to. We're a lovely group. Although, if you post your work, it's worth also stating whether you are just sharing or would like critique from us peers. Our beloved pros (Lee, David etc) sometimes chip in too.

Staying up and night because you're inspired to draw is a good sign that you'll go far with it! Although, I do hope you're getting enough sleep.
I went from working as a clinical nutritionist and lecturer to illustration, and love what I do now. Art was definitely an outlet for me too, but I'm still interested in the sciencey stuff.

Have you done many of the SVS courses yet? I found that steadily working through the curriculum really helps.
I took a look at your website. I love your Mughal works! I'm currently illustrating an Indian story. Working on the character designs right now.

Im currently working through the art fundamentals course and am on the perspective assignment that I haven't had a chance to start. But once things get a little more on schedule Im hoping to get that done this week. oh wow would love to see your character design work when you are ready!
