Just got my ticket for the SCBWI conference in Massachusetts next month. I’m psyched to go to my first conference! Will any of you be there?

Here’s the link if you want to info on it

@Griffin-McPherson Oh that is so cool! I just attended the most recent conference, the virtual Winter Conference. I couldn't get to New York to be there in person. This I hear is a great way to run into editors, agents, publishers, art directors... I love the idea of going someday!

You'll have to post your experience. Is it better to attend in person? What are expenses like spending a week or weekend in New York, seeing so many places (I would love to visit the Society of Illustrators!!! And their galleries. So fun to think of running into someone with a sweet offer. 🙂

@Griffin-McPherson And another thing I thought of, is just seeing all the art and different interpretations of storytelling. 👍
